We have had a WONDERFUL week getting to know one another!! We have been singing, playing, reading,writing and laughing with one another. We have begun to form a community of learners that will make progress this year and love to learn.
So far, we have 100% attendance. Keep up the good work and I will see you all next week.
In your child's backpack you have a large paper hand with a note attached, please read it carefully. Leave your post here for next week.
Two things I left off the note are:
1. We will have Show & Tell every Friday, and
2. We need every family to contirbute 1 snack that feeds 22 for the month of September.
(animal crackers, goldfish, cheese crackers, fresh fruit, etc. - NO NUTS!!!)

- My favorite things to do at school are playing with puzzles and instruments...and having so much fun laughing with Mr. O'Quinn and my friends...and playing on the playground. I don't ever want to leave.
Dawson Hopkins says that my favorite things to do at school are singing a new song "stop what do you doing, stop what do you doing ....."from Mr. O'Quinn , art, play with new friends.... and everything in new school at the 1st week....
Sasha Bruk says that my favorite things to do at school are creating a book and going do the slide. She also likes to play with fruits.
My favorite things to do at school are play outside with my friends and play in the kitchen center. And Mr. O'Quinn told us he sometimes forgets things because he's getting old, but we can help him remember. I will help him! I love going to PreK.
Erica Eastman says "Everything - especially Science Tables and numbers and patterns and colors..I am so excited for Monday. I love going to PreK!"
My favorite things to do at school are playing with the airplane, learning, art with colors and paint, making the "brown bear" book, and going to the library.
Audrey says that my favorite things are playing in the House Center and playing the instruments.
My favorite things to do at school are playing on the playground and creating airplane by using blocks.
Avery says my favorite things to do at school are "reading books, writing, and playing on the playground with my friends. I like that one that spins around and looks like an Apple Jack."
Meredith Daulton says her favorite things were..."cleaning her desk and putting glitter on the frog. The big playground was really fun too."
"My favorite thing to do is play on the playground with all my new friends!" My favorite thing to say is "Mom, I had a great day!I missed you a little bit."
Cameron loves to go to the library and look at all the books. He says he loves PreK!
